Elder IT Services ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information in connection with our IT support and consulting services provided to organizations such as churches and senior community groups, as well as individual customers. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information Collected from Website Visitors

Our website does not actively collect personal information from visitors. We do not use tracking technologies, analytics tools, advertising networks, or background data collection scripts. Any third-party links on our site (such as links to our booking page, remote assistance tool, or invoice portal via Zoho) are governed by the respective third-party’s privacy policies.

3. Information We Collect from Clients and Customers

3a. Organizational Clients

When we provide services to organizational clients (such as churches and senior community organizations), we may collect:


  • Organization name and address
  • Contact person’s name, email address, and phone number
  • Organization website URL

3b. Individual Customers

When we provide services to individual customers (such as church members or individuals seeking in-home IT support), we may collect:


  • Full name
  • Preferred contact information (phone number and/or email address)
  • Home address (only when an in-home visit is required)
  • Help desk records describing the technical issue, device, and resolution steps

3c. Technical Access Information

In the course of providing IT support, you may verbally share login credentials or system access information with us. We do not record or store passwords, usernames, or other access credentials. This information is used only in the moment to assist with your technical issue.

4. Payment Information

We currently accept payment via cash, check, and Zelle. We may in the future accept additional payment methods such as PayPal. We do not store your payment information. Any payments processed through third-party platforms (such as Zelle or PayPal) are handled entirely by those platforms and subject to their respective privacy policies.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:


  • Schedule and deliver IT support services
  • Communicate with you about your service requests
  • Maintain help desk records for continuity of support
  • Send invoices and follow up on service-related matters


We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain client and customer information for up to five (5) years following the last service interaction. This allows us to support warranty questions, address disputes, and serve returning clients effectively. After this period, records are securely deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Information is stored in secure systems and access is limited to authorized personnel involved in service delivery.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:


  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of any future communications from us

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
